Green Buddha Patient Network Procedure
Welcome to GreenBuddha Patient Network. We are currently accepting new patients.
In order to apply to the Green Buddha Patient Network you must already posses a valid washington State Medical Marijuana Authorization. To join our patient network, we will require three forms from you: 1) a copy of your Washington State Medical Marijuana authorization, 2) a photocopy of a Washington State photo ID such as a driver's license and 3) contact information or a completed Green Buddha application.
We ask that you have your authorizing physician fax us a copy of your authorization along with a fax cover sheet so that we might verify the transaction. So the first step is for you to contact the doctor who wrote your authorization.
In addition to a copy of your authorization we require that you fax or email a clear legible copy of your photo ID and and your Green Buddha application into our office. Once all three items of (digital) paperwork are received you may join the Green Buddha Patient Network.
It may take up to a week to verify your authorization although in most cases verification occurs within 48 hours. If all your paperwork is in order you should be allowed to join the Green Buddha Patient Network. Please be aware that the Green Buddha Patient network is not required to accept any new applicant nor under no obligation to retain that applicant.
After completing the application process
After completing the application process successfully you may contact us to make an appointment during our business hours for access to patient resources. Please do not arrive at Green Buddha Patient Network without an appointment as you will not be allowed access. You must also have your a copy of your authorization and your photo ID in hand every time you visit Green Buddha. Given the nature of our work, we appreciate your respectful adherence to Green Buddha Patient Network rules.

Green Buddha Patient Network was formed in 2009 to accomodate legal medical marijuana patients who were in need of a co-operative spirit and had not yet found a home. Green Buddha's formation is in no way a slight to any of the other excellent medical marijuana patient networks that exist in Washington State. We consider ourselves all breathen in the struggle for health, safety and dignity for all medical marijuana patients in Washington State.
